This property requires a signed rental agreement and ID verification. We require either a security hold, refundable if there is no damage, or a non-refundable damage waiver. An additional daily waiver charge applies after 10 days. Early check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability. Pack ’n Plays, cribs and high chairs must be ordered at least three business days before check-in and are subject to availability. Orders placed after this deadline cannot be accommodated. No pets are allowed. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. To prevent thermostat schedules from unexpectedly changing the temperature during your stay, our Nest thermostats are locked. You can request a temperature change directly through your booking app—just tell us your preferred temperature, whether you want it warmer or cooler, and the room or area. We’ll clarify anything needed and confirm when the adjustment has been made.
