About

Our Gulf Port fun condo is going to check all your boxes. Few minute drive from the beach, casinos, entertainment, and shops. Comfy new beds. Perfect also for the digital nomad with high speed internet and a workspace. Kids will love the loft upstairs, as well as the adults. Clean, new, simple, with plenty of amenities to make yourself at home.

Good to know

The Gulfport Getaway has a main bedroom with king size bed on the first floor. The Loft upstairs has a queen. There's one bathroom on the first floor with a shower and tub. Kitchen is well stocked and there's a peaceful patio to relax. Laundry room has a washer and dryer with ironing board with iron and a few beach towels if you're in need. The loft also has a desk and chair, as well as a yoga mat.

Other Details to Note

We're trying to go more green and use cloth napkins instead of paper towels. We have washable dish scrubbers. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between: Option 1: Damage Waiver ($55) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company. Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. Front door code is 0852. Please call (970) 379-5161 with any issues. You'll be able to access the bedroom, loft, washing machine and dryer, kitchen are as well as the patio. There's 2 designated parking spots.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for the stay. Host was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely stay there again. If it had any downside I would say probably the ladder to the loft. While I'm sure it's a big hit for kids, we came as two adult couples. The loft was very spacious and comfortable, just climbing the steep staircase/ ladder after you have been out all night was a bit of a chore.

It was very homey and I absolutely loved the loft it was such a vibe. My kids also loved it and was very comfortable there. I didn’t like that they didn’t have tvs in all the rooms.
