Enjoy your own private bedroom in a shared Northeast Portland house. Room 4 sleeps up to two guests in one queen bed and has a bedroom-door lock. Bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, backyard and hot tub are shared with other guests. Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning are provided. Check-in is 5 PM; checkout is 11 AM. Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM. No pets, parties or smoking.

Cooking basics, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses are provided. Space to relax Use the shared dining and living areas, or spend time in the shared backyard and hot tub. Please be considerate of other guests and observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Practical comforts Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and room-darkening shades are provided. A hair dryer, shampoo and iron are available. A refundable security hold or non-refundable damage waiver is required. Past guest damage has left us with uncovered repair costs, so this requirement helps protect the property. An additional daily waiver charge applies after 10 days. Early check-in and late checkout may be requested, subject to availability and advance approval. Pack ’n Plays, cribs and high chairs must be ordered at least three business days before check-in and are subject to availability. Orders placed after this deadline cannot be accommodated. No pets are allowed.
