A separately bookable private bedroom in a six-bedroom house in Portland. Guests share two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room and backyard. Sleeps up to two guests in one bed. Room number and bedroom photo assignment are provisional pending owner review.

Pack ’n Plays, cribs and high chairs must be ordered at least three business days before check-in and are subject to availability. Orders placed after this deadline cannot be accommodated.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM; checkout is at 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and respect neighbors and other guests. No pets. No parties or events. No smoking, vaping, or drugs, including marijuana. Early check-in and late checkout may be requested at $15 per hour, subject to availability and advance approval. A refundable security hold or non-refundable damage waiver is required. An additional daily waiver charge applies after 10 days. Please treat linens, towels, furnishings and shared spaces with care. Normal checkout tidying is requested, not deep cleaning.
