0ur beautiful, architecturally appealing, 2nd floor condo lives large with 20’ ceilings and spiral staircase in the open living, dining, kitchen. It is not the usual box condo. This main level includes 2 private queen bedroom suites, each with private bath and queen bed. It offers lots of light with big windows and sliding glass door to the balcony. We are grateful for having the opportunity to share our home. Please enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, stainless sink & dishwasher, the dining area with table for 4, plus 2 bar stools facing the kitchen, the open living room with 50” fire stick tv, blue tooth music sound cube, hi speed WiFi and a private balcony with 2 comfortable Adirondack chairs and love seat. Our home is luxuriously furnished with our personal possessions and much of our furnishings are handmade or family antiques passed down to us. We request that you use the many coasters provided to preserve the finishes of these treasured pieces. We greatly appreciate you caring for our home in a respectful manner to preserve our personal possessions. The third floor room at the top of the spiral staircase is locked for our personal storage and is not a shared space. We do not rent our home when we are in residence. I do have a wine cabinet, please enjoy a bottle of wine and replace it with a bottle before you depart. Our home is SMART with RING doorbell, NEST thermostat and several USB outlets.
