Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is an upstairs unit. There is plenty of parking on the street and we have a 2 car driveway with first come first serve availability. This is a standalone unit with a private entrance.

This property requires a signed rental agreement and ID verification. We require either a security hold, refundable if there is no damage, or a non-refundable damage waiver. An additional daily waiver charge applies after 10 days. Early check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability. Pack ’n Plays, cribs and high chairs must be ordered at least three business days before check-in and are subject to availability. Orders placed after this deadline cannot be accommodated. No pets are allowed. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
